Ben has more than 40 years of experience executing and managing scientific and technical assignments covering a broad range of applications for numerous federal agencies. He has also supported numerous university relations and university partnerships activities during his career. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee (PhD in Management Science,1995; MS in Mathematics, 1978), and a graduate of Tuskegee University (BS in Mathematics, 1976).
